Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme, if you have other questions, please just send it to sales@fusedsport.co.uk.
How do I create a bespoke design?
For all bespoke orders, you can contact our knowledgeable sales team to arrange a bespoke garment mockup, please use sales@fusedsport.co.uk.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer service team at sales@fusedsport.co.uk for assistance.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a range of payment methods, including all major credit and debit cards, PayPal. For bulk or phone orders, we do not process payments over the phone but can accept payment via bank transfer or in-office card payment.
Can I personalise my garments?
Yes, many of our garments can be personalised. You can add initials (up to 6 characters), and for sublimated items such as jerseys, we also offer the option to include numbers, surnames, and other details. You can do this by placing your order via email with sales@fusedsport.co.uk. When submitting personalisation details, please double-check your entries as the text you provide will appear exactly as typed on the garment. Please follow these guidelines: Use the correct capitalisation (upper or lowercase letters). Avoid spaces between characters. Characters such as dots, hyphens, dashes, accents, and grave accents are allowed. Personalisation incurs an additional charge.
How are my orders delivered?
If you choose 'Home Delivery' at checkout, your order will be shipped directly to your address via Royal Mail. Please note that some delays may occur beyond our control. You can track your order once you receive your shipping confirmation email. For more information, see the section "Where is my order?"
Can I return an order?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for this information.
How long will my order take?
Once your online shop has closed, your order will be processed and sent into production. As all Fused Sport garments are bespoke and made to order, please allow up to 5 weeks for your online club order and 5-6 weeks for school or retro orders. Please note that the 5-6 week period starts from the closure of the online shop, not from when the order is placed.
