Customised Products (Including Bespoke Club Badges)
Due to the nature of our bespoke products, which are custom-made to your specifications, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:- Incorrectly sized
- Returned due to a change of mind
- Returned because you no longer like the product

Manufacturing Issues
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or issue, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your product, and we will guide you through the returns process. -
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email address] to confirm the return and provide details of the issue with the product. Once your return is confirmed, please send the product back to the following address within 14 days of receiving the item:
28-30 Queen Street, Burslem, ST6 3EG.
Please ensure the return is shipped within the 14-day period. -
Condition of Returns
All returned products must meet the following conditions:- Unworn and in the same condition as when they were delivered
- In their original packaging
- With the swing tag still attached
Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in a delay or refusal of the return.
